Encourage student creativity through the National PTA’s Reflections program. Volunteers help distribute information, honor participants, and manage entries, celebrating student talent in various artistic categories.

Inspire a love of reading with our Rocket Readers program. Volunteers process reading logs and assist with the end-of-year awards ceremony, rewarding students for their reading achievements.

Coordinate fun community nights at local venues where a portion of the proceeds supports Cheatham Hill. Volunteers work with partners to host these events, bringing our community together and raising funds for our school.

Manage the design, ordering, and sales of CHES Spirit Wear. Volunteers work with the Executive Board to keep our spirit wear inventory fresh and available at key events throughout the year.

Help plan and execute our exciting Spring Fest, featuring inflatables, games, prizes, and food trucks. Volunteers handle event planning, ticket sales, decorating, and recruitment to ensure a fantastic family day.

Organize and promote our annual Turkey Trot, a fun and free run/walk event that encourages health and fitness. Volunteers assist with event planning and community outreach to make this event a success.

Design and manage the creation of our school yearbook. Volunteers encourage photo submissions, layout designs, and reminders for yearbook purchases, capturing memories for all our students.
