A Magical Shopping Experience
holiday shop: Dec 11-12, 2025
The Holiday Shop is one of our favorite Cheatham Hill traditions! It gives Champs the chance to shop for gifts for loved ones—on their own (or with a little help for the younger ones). Whether it’s for parents, grandparents, or siblings, it’s a fun, confidence-building way to celebrate the season of giving.

Shopping Day Details
- Shopping will take place during the school day
- Please send money with your child on their shopping day. (Teachers can’t hold onto it early.)
- Checks should be made out to CHES PTA.
- No change is given from checks or vouchers. Any extra will be donated back to the PTA.
- Volunteers and older students will guide our younger Champs, but everyone makes their own gift choices.
- The Gift List Planner is just a tool for Champs to use, not a checklist for volunteers to follow.

- Cash – Easy and straightforward. (Please send exact change if possible.)
- Checks – Make payable to CHES PTA. Any leftover funds from checks will be donated back to the PTA.
- Online Voucher – Prefer digital? Create a voucher online and print it at home. Details below!

From ringing up purchases to bagging gifts and helping with the flow of students, this event only happens with the help of awesome volunteers. Even a short shift makes a big impact. Sign up and help create a fun, low-stress shopping experience for our Champs!
Become a "Secret Supporter"
Want to help make sure every student gets to participate? When creating an online voucher, you can choose to make a Secret Supporter donation. Your gift will provide shopping funds to students who may not otherwise be able to take part, so everyone gets the chance to choose something special for the people they love.
Voucher Instructions
Step 1: Select CHES
Go to the FunServices Holiday Shop Payment Portal and select Georgia, Marietta, and the Cheatham Hill Elementary in the dropdown menus.
Step 2: Add Your Student(s)
Enter the details for each student you’d like to set up with a holiday shop voucher. You can customize the amount for each child. Once all student information is filled in, click "Proceed to Pay."
Step 3: Become a Secret Supporter
Before entering your payment information, you'll have the option to contribute to vouchers for students who may not have the means to take part in the holiday shop. At CHES, we aim to provide Secret Supporter vouchers to around 50 students, giving them the joy of shopping alongside their classmates.
Step 4: Submit Payment Info
Enter your Visa or Mastercard details to complete your purchase. Please note that only these card types are accepted—using a different card will result in an error, and the purchase won't go through.
Step 5: Save & print Your Voucher
Be sure to save the confirmation email you receive with your student's voucher information. While we should have a record of their amount to spend, we recommend sending it to school with your student on shopping day just in case.
